Allison Jones

As a member of SBSB Eastham’s Defense Base Act practice group, Allison Jones regularly works directly with clients, updating them on their cases, giving recommendations on next steps, and analyzing records that will help set overall strategy. Clients have come to depend on Allison’s guidance and advice on whether to settle a case or proceed to the next step by going to trial.

Allison previously worked as a law clerk in the Office of the Texas Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division. It was there, working on matters related to the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, that she developed a deep appreciation for the way the law could affect change in a person’s life. For her, there’s no such thing as a small case. She believes that each matter she handles deserves the same amount of focus and attention.

Allison’s career in the law began as a Legal Secretary. She’s always believed that experience with the nuts and bolts of how a case is handled has given her a perspective that not all attorneys possess.

When not in the office, Allison loves watching the Astros, trying new restaurants around Houston, and thrift shopping.
