Amanda Farley is a partner in SBSB Eastham’s Houston office boasting more than 15 years of experience across multiple practice areas. A litigation attorney, she focuses her practice such areas as admiralty and maritime law, Defense Base Act claims, Longshore and Harbor workers’ compensation matters and civil defense litigation. In matters involving the latter of these areas, she specializes in wrongful death, general liability and insurance claims.

Amanda joined SBSB Eastham in April 2024 with a well-established presence across Houston. A member of the Houston Bar Association and the Houston Mariners Club, she has deep roots throughout Texas, dating back to her time as an undergraduate at Texas A&M and in law school at South Texas College of Law. Upon graduating with her Juris Doctorate, she joined South Texas as an adjunct professor, teaching trial techniques to law students.

Amanda is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. A seasoned litigation attorney with experience spanning a large swath of practice areas, she is a trusted legal resource in Houston.
