Andrea Borge

Andrea Borge is a first-generation attorney. After earning an undergraduate degree in criminology in Massachusetts, Andrea left her lifelong home and made the move to Texas to escape the northern climate and gain new experiences. Settling in Austin, she began working in the Travis County Clerk’s office, where almost four years of exposure to the innerworkings of the courthouse and litigation solidified her desire to attend law school, backed by the encouragement of several judges and other staff members.

Moving to Houston, Andrea excelled in her studies and gained valuable experience clerking for a plaintiff-oriented firm. Through interviewing clients, reviewing depositions, and summarizing testimony, she developed new insights on creative legal strategies and how these strategies could be applied to effectively represent clients on both sides of the aisle.

Drawn by the collegiality and collaboration she observed through the interview process, she’s now found a home at SBSB Eastham. While starting her career as an attorney, Andrea hopes to continue assisting children and families with legal issues, an endeavor she began during law school.
