Andrea Roth

Of Counsel / Houston

P: 713.588.0446

Andrea Roth serves as of counsel for SBSB Eastham and is based in its Houston office. Before joining the firm in June 2025, she spent the first decade of her career in the law practicing plaintiff’s personal injury law. The second-generation lawyer spent the first six years of her practice working alongside her mother Donna, now a Judge of the 295th Civil District Court in Harris County.

As an undergraduate, Andrea earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Public Relations from Baylor University in Waco. From there, she followed in her mother’s footsteps to attend South Texas College of Law in Houston, ultimately earning her Juris Doctorate in 2014.

From a young age, Andrea has understood the value of fighting for victory, first overcoming a kidney cancer diagnosis in her early childhood. Her legal career is built on remaining active in the community beyond her practice, whether it be through mentoring the next generation of lawyers or judging and coaching law students in mock trial competitions. She is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and maintains membership in a variety of organizations both within Houston and beyond.
