Andrew “Andy” Schreck is a partner in SBSB Eastham’s Houston office boasting more than 30 years of legal practice throughout Texas and the United States. A seasoned attorney often tasked with large-scale catastrophic loss cases, he has extensive experience in matters involving maritime and land transportation, the Federal Employers’ Liability Act, the Jones Act, Texas non-subscriber cases and oilfield accidents both onshore and offshore. Further, he frequently takes on cases involving construction and industrial accidents, premises liability and a variety of general liability cases involving personal injury and property loss. Andy also has extensive experience defending workers’ compensation claims, both at the state and federal levels.

Since joining SBSB Eastham in July 2023, Andy has become an asset to the firm due to the range of cases he takes on and the counsel he brings to each individual client he represents. Rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, his efforts have brought him recognition for achieving the height of professionalism in his field.

Andy’s legal reach extends across the Lone Star State, as he is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and is licensed to practice in the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western districts of the state. A veteran attorney capable of adapting to nearly any legal circumstance, he is an expert representative for his clients.
