Anna Miner is an associate in SBSB Eastham’s Houston office and serves as a member of the firm’s Defense Base Act practice group. A native of the city’s Montrose area, she joined the firm in September 2025 on the heels of spending a year as an Assistant District Attorney with the Harris County District Attorney’s office. During her time with the county, she gained experience as a first chair in multiple trials, gaining favorable outcomes in several instances.

Anna attended Stetson University in DeLand, Florida for her undergraduate career and earned a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Health Science in 2017. From there, she pursued and earned a Master of Public Health from Rollins College in 2019. She then moved to Louisiana, where she would ultimately graduate with her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans in 2024. While in law school, she spent time working for personal injury and family law firms and interned in the summers at district attorney’s offices in New Orleans and Houston.

Anna is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and is a member of the Houston Young Lawyers Association. In her free time, she enjoys staying active by playing pickleball and doing Pilates.
