Tony DaMaia readily admits he spends too much time with his beloved English Bulldog, Lulu. Some of Tony’s fellow attorneys (colleagues as well as opposing counsel) might say that’s because he’s somewhat of a bulldog himself. A more polite way to say it is that he’s tenacious. But no matter how you phrase it, it’s a good thing for his clients.

If there’s a thread to be pulled – or a bone to be dug up – Tony’s going to pursue that until he’s found every possible angle. He leaves no stone unturned; he’s even been known to work closely with investigators to get updates on claimants’ daily activities. Of course, he does all of this in the best interests of his client.

Passionate is another word that applies to Tony’s approach. He loves every aspect of his work – from depositions to mediation to litigation – and it shows in his persistence and tenacity every step of the way. No matter which direction it takes, Tony is prepared to strategize, investigate and structure each case to achieve the most advantageous results. And in the end, a grateful client is the reward that fuels his passion for the next case, and the next.
