Austin Whiteley

Austin Whiteley has joined SBSB Eastham as a litigation associate and is heavily involved in the firm’s litigation practice group, focusing mainly on cases defending personal injury claims. Those who have worked with Austin often comment on the amount of experience he brings to the table, especially for an attorney as young as he is. He works quickly and efficiently without sacrificing the quality his clients expect.

When asked about his style as an attorney, Austin is quick to say that he isn’t afraid to share his opinion and give his take on a case, even when that means reexamining strategy and going in a completely different direction. When crafting a defense, Austin wants to make sure no possibility is left unexplored and that he comes overprepared to each case he takes on.

Austin received his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 2019. A Houston native, he loves to cook, barbecue, and hunt.
