Ben Caldwell is an associate in SBSB Eastham’s Houston office and is a member of the firm’s Defense Base Act practice group. Aspiring to a career in law from a young age, defense was the desired side of the aisle. Since joining the firm in July 2021, he has harnessed his passion to defend his clients in each case he takes on.

Following his undergraduate days at the University of Houston, Ben spent time exploring the theater, appearing as a dancer and filling other various roles before attending law school and earning his Juris Doctorate in 2020. In pursuing his degree, he utilized the dedication acquired from becoming an Eagle Scout earlier in life to complete his studies and launch his legal career.

Ben is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and has been professionally recognized for his work in legal writing. His commitment, confidence and character combine to make him a formidable advocate for his clients.
