Bianca Thervil

Bianca Thervil is an associate in SBSB Eastham’s Boca Raton office. A member of the firm’s Defense Base Act practice group, she also handles federal workers’ compensation cases and claims arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act. Becoming an attorney was a long-held goal, dating back to assisting her Haitian-born grandparents in navigating unfamiliar documents.

Prior to joining the firm in March 2024, Bianca gained experience in intellectual property law and general liability insurance defense, including automobile liability, bodily injury and premises liability. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida, even studying abroad at the University of Canberra in Australia during her undergraduate career. Soon after, she attended St. Thomas University College of Law and earned her Juris Doctorate in 2023.

Bianca is admitted to The Florida Bar and is a member of the bar’s Young Lawyers Division. Persistence is key in her practice, and those she works with and works for know her to be someone who will fight for their best interests.
