Bradley Ertl is an associate in SBSB Eastham’s Houston office. A member of the firm’s rapidly growing litigation department, he began his career in defense work, later branching out and gaining valuable experience on the plaintiff’s side of the docket before returning to the defense.
A Texas transplant, Bradley pursued and earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Political Science while minoring in Legal Studies from Sam Houston State University in 2016. An accomplished academic, he made the Dean’s List in each of his 10 semesters of his undergraduate career and graduated with honors. Following graduation, he attended South Texas College of Law, excelling in the school’s Mock Trial Advocacy Program while pursuing his Juris Doctorate. Upon graduating with his law degree in 2019, he received the Dean’s Outstanding Advocate Award. In his time since graduation, he has served as an Adjunct Professor for the school’s Mock Trial Litigation course and as a coach for nearly a dozen Mock Trial teams.
Bradley is admitted to the State Bar of Texas, the State Bar of Wisconsin and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas. A self-described “fearless competitor,” he leans on his experience from both sides of the docket in advocating for those he represents.
