Brad Soshea is a founding member of SBSB Eastham, a managing partner of the firm, and a trusted authority on workers’ compensation and longshore and maritime litigation. The former District Director of the Houston office of the U.S. Department of Labor, he boasts an especially acute knowledge of longshore history, statutes and regulation.

With expertise in other areas including the Defense Base Act, general liability, subrogation and trucking, Brad is well-versed in a variety of legal arenas. In addition to his litigation of defense liability claims, he serves as a claims management consultant to maritime employers and defense contractors. His practice dates back more than 20 years, as he earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Brad is admitted to the State Bars of Texas and Arizona and the District of Columbia Bar. He has also achieved the distinct honor of an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell, a peer-rated award signifying the highest level of professional excellence in the legal field.
