Brandan Bonds is an associate in SBSB Eastham’s New Orleans office and serves as a member of the firm’s Defense Base Act practice group. A member of the firm since March 2025, he has prior experience in insurance defense, personal injury law and bad faith claims. Additionally, he boasts experience in all phases of litigation ranging from discovery to trial preparation.

Brandan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of New Orleans in 2014 and stayed in the city to pursue a law degree, earning his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2022. While in law school, he was a member of Moot Court and was the editor-in-chief of the Loyola Journal of Public Interest Law.

Brandan is admitted to the Louisiana State Bar Association and all Louisiana state courts as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Middle and Eastern Districts of Louisiana and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He also maintains membership with the New Orleans Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the LGBTQ+ Bar Association and the Greater New Orleans Louis A. Martinet Legal Society.
