Brittany Divver Rao is a member of SBSB Eastham’s Defense Base Act practice group, assessing and reporting on claims, attending hearings, and working to manage the firm’s caseload. She previously served as a policy intern for the Department of Homeland Security where she researched emerging risks related to AI. She also interned in the offices of Representative Pete Olsen and Senator Ted Cruz.

Brittany is a diligent worker and, when working a case, keeps her clients informed and up-to-date on all the latest developments. A dedicated and ferocious advocate, Brittany won’t stop until the job is done.

Brittany attended Pennsylvania State University, where she studied Criminology and Sociology. She later received her law degree from University of Houston Law Center. When not in the office, she enjoys live music and vinyasa flow yoga. Brittany grew up in Texas, and especially loves wake-surfing on the lakes around Austin and San Antonio.
