Brittany Divver Rao

Brittany Divver Rao is an associate in SBSB Eastham’s Houston office. A member of the firm’s Defense Base Act practice group, she joined the firm in November 2023 and also handles Longshore and Harbor workers’ compensation cases.

Before joining SBSB Eastham, Brittany gained experience working in different sectors of government, including interning in the offices of former Congressman Pete Olson and Senator Ted Cruz. In addition to these roles, she spent time as a policy intern for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security researching emerging risks related to artificial intelligence.

A native Texan, Brittany studied criminology and sociology at Penn State University before earning her Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston. A dedicated advocate, she prides herself on sustained communication and diligent effort in obtaining a win for her clients.
