Carline Vidal is an associate in SBSB Eastham’s Boca Raton office and is a member of the firm’s Defense Base Act practice group. Prior to joining the firm in March 2025, she practiced medical malpractice law at a prominent Florida-based firm.

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Carline pursued and earned an undergraduate degree in Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras campus. While in school, she specialized in a variety of natural and social sciences including biology, sociology, psychology and psychiatry. After this, she attended the Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University and earned her Juris Doctorate with a concentration in health law. During her time in law school, she served as the secretary of Pulse! Health Law Society, was a decorated competitor in Moot Court competitions and served as Lead Articles Editor for the 47th volume of the Nova Law Review.

Carline is admitted to The Florida Bar. In addition to her practice, she has seen her writings receive professional publication, including a work in the Quinnipiac Health Law Journal titled “The Next Step for Social Justice: Amending the Insanity Defense”. A consistent pursuit of knowledge and dedication to her craft make her a viable choice for representation.
