Charlsie J. Rubenstein is an associate in SBSB Eastham’s Boca Raton office. As an attorney, she has experience practicing civil defense at the state, federal and appellate levels in a variety of matters including personal injury, civil rights defense, Section 1983 litigation, premises liability and third-party property claims. Since joining the firm in July 2021, she has handled Defense Base Act claims, federal workers’ compensation matters and first-party property civil cases.

Charlsie’s educational career spans an extensive background rooted in business, finance and transactional law. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the College of Charleston, she went on to earn an MBA from the University of Miami in 2018. One year later, she earned her Juris Doctorate from the university’s law school.

Charlsie is admitted to The Florida Bar and is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Her strong work ethic and writing skills make her an excellent advocate, and her ability to adapt and adjust course when needed helps her achieve the best results for her clients.
