Chelsey Gandy is an associate in SBSB Eastham’s Corpus Christi office. A native of the Texas Gulf Coast, her time in the legal field began at the age of 18 and saw her fulfill roles ranging from mail clerk and legal secretary to legal assistant and a three-year stint as a law clerk during her time at South Texas College of Law.

Chelsey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication while minoring in Public Relations at Texas A&M Corpus Christi in 2013. During her aforementioned time at South Texas College of Law, she had the opportunity to study abroad and deepen her legal understanding in Prague, Czech Republic. In addition to her time overseas, she participated in Mediation and Family Law clinics while in law school, opportunities that afforded her the chance to gain real-world experience in handling cases and assisting clients. A first-generation lawyer, she graduated with her Juris Doctorate in May 2020.

Chelsey is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. A qualified mediator, her work has garnered acclaim from outlets including Super Lawyers, The National Trial Lawyers and The Bend Magazine.
