Cole Tadlock is an associate in SBSB Eastham’s New Orleans office. A native Louisianian, he joined the firm in November 2025 and serves as a member of its Defense Base Act practice group. Previously, he served as a clerk under Judge Lee Faulkner at the 24th Judicial District Court in Gretna, Louisiana and worked in Loyola Law Clinic’s Immigration Clinic.

Cole earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Louisiana State University in 2020. He would later graduate from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and earn his Juris Doctorate in 2025. While in law school, he was recognized with the Gillis Law Poverty Law Center Public Service Award, a nomination-based honor granted to those in the Loyola community who have demonstrated a commitment to social justice for the disadvantaged.

Cole is admitted to the Louisiana State Bar Association. Outside of his practice, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and his two cats.
