Craig Stocker

Partner / Houston

P: 713.588.0446

Craig Stocker approaches each of his cases with razor-sharp focus and individuality. His style is to outline a solution that ensures a positive outcome for his clients and then deliver on it. Craig’s success in personal injury litigation, namely the defense of maritime personal injury claims and insurance coverage disputes, is built upon looking past the obvious surface issues and delving into the deeper, more complex elements of his cases. He is about delivering wins in a cost-effective manner.

Craig shines in defending liability claims arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act, Defense Base Act, Jones Act and general maritime law. Additionally, Craig handles an active docket of first- and third-party auto liability claims.

Craig is a current member of the Houston Mariners’ Club and a former member of the College of the State Bar of Texas. Since 2017 he has been selected to the Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars list, which recognizes fewer than 2.5% of attorneys in the state of Texas. When asked about the reasons for his outstanding performance, Craig references his love of the ocean, which goes back to childhood and his father-son tradition of annual fishing expeditions to the Florida Keys.
