Cullen Gist

Cullen Gist comes from a family of lawyers, so when he drifted toward the law and political science during his undergrad studies at Trinity University, he wasn’t surprised. Cullen has joined SBSB Eastham as part of the firm’s Defense Base Act practice group, representing private contractors, military bases, and others in personal injury claims. Before joining the firm, Cullen gained considerable experience in the area of commercial civil litigation. He’s had the opportunity to work with both plaintiffs and defendants, which makes him well equipped to take on a range of legal matters.

In each case he handles, Cullen is highly motivated to achieve the best result for his client, meaning the outcome that will benefit them the most in their unique set of circumstances. His process is simple. When meeting with a new client, he learns as much as he can about their case in order to present them with a range of legal options. His course of action is set by what they want to accomplish.

A native Houstonian, Cullen loves the outdoors, exploring his city, and spending time with friends and family.
