Danielle Strauss joins SBSB Eastham with experience in General Liability Insurance Defense, including Bodily Injury, Wrongful Death, Premises Liability, and Legal Malpractice claims, making her a terrific addition to the firm’s Defense Base Act practice group.
Both of Danielle’s parents are attorneys, and she grew up seeing the ways in which they were able to use their experience and positions to help others. When it came time to choose where she wanted to take her career, Danielle didn’t have to think for long.
Danielle’s clients know her as someone who’s passionate about the work she does. Someone who’s responsible, responsive, and someone who will listen to their concerns and craft a legal strategy that will work for them. The breadth of her experience allows her to view issues from multiple angles as she assesses the best path forward.
Danielle graduated from the University of Florida before attending Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. She previously worked as a law clerk for the Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Clinic assisting in matters related to guardian advocacy and was a Certified Legal Intern at the Broward State Attorney’s Office. As a native Floridian, Danielle enjoys live music and spending time at the beach.
