Emmett Harrington

Emmett Harrington is an associate in SBSB Eastham’s Chicago office serving as a member of the firm’s Defense Base Act practice group. Prior to joining the firm in March 2025, he gained experience on the plaintiff’s side of the aisle, representing clients in litigation matters ranging from minor auto incidents to catastrophic trucking, railroad and product liability accidents.

As an undergrad, Emmett attended Villanova University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in Business in 2017. He would go on to pursue a legal degree in the Second City, earning his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Chicago University School of Law in 2022. In addition to his degree, he earned a certificate in Advocacy.

Emmett is admitted to the Illinois State Bar Association and maintains membership with the Chicago Bar Association. He enjoys sharpening his physical and mental fitness by running and playing chess.
