Francisco Montalvo

Francisco Montalvo joins SBSB Eastham’s litigation team with a considerable amount of experience on both sides of the docket, covering a variety of personal injury, as well as insurance defense and coverage-related matters.

Francisco has long been fascinated with the intricacies of oral advocacy and what it means to effectively argue a case. His knowledge of psychology and rhetoric comes from years of classroom and independent learning, which help him to connect with judges and juries by breaking down his clients’ stories into easy-to-understand narratives that go to the heart of the matter. These skills have proven beneficial to those Francisco works with, as well. He places heavy emphasis on honesty and respect with both his clients and colleagues, which he believes helps to improve client outcomes.

Francisco credits his success to maintaining a strong sense of discipline. While he understands that litigation is a stressful and unfamiliar process to many, his determination to persevere through challenges and help guide his clients provides them with much-needed peace of mind.

Outside the office, Francisco enjoys spending time training at the gym, playing instruments, and learning languages. He is self-taught in piano and Japanese, and learned guitar and Spanish as a child.
