David Henderson is a construction/design defect litigator who concentrates his practice on construction defect claims. David generally defends contractors and subcontractors against construction defect, breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, and defense and indemnity claims. He previously practiced professional liability litigation for licensed and registered design and engineering professionals, which included, inter alia, defending professionals against malpractice, construction defect, breach of contract, and indemnity claims. As a result, David has a unique understanding of the design phase, construction process, and risk management methods. He also has a keen aptitude in foreseeing common arguments asserted by design professionals against contractors on the one hand, and by contractors against design professionals on the other.

He received his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2017.
