Jeffrey Fedna

Jeffrey Fedna is an associate in SBSB Eastham’s Boca Raton office and is a member of the firm’s Defense Base Act practice group. The son of immigrant parents, he is fully fluent in Creole and maintains commitment and a strong work ethic as core values of his work. Prior to joining the firm in December 2025, he litigated civil matters including, but not limited to, employment and insurance law. Additionally, he worked as a document reviewer for various firms and corporations.

As an undergraduate, Jeffrey earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science with a concentration in Criminology from the University of South Florida in 2013. Following graduation, he attended Ave Maria School of Law in pursuit of his Juris Doctorate, which he earned in 2018. While in law school, he interned for the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel, where he defended indigent people in dependency matters, and he held leadership positions in the Latino Law Student Association and the Ave Maria Elder Law and Estate Planning Association.

Jeffrey is admitted to The Florida Bar and is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. He maintains membership with the Haitian Lawyers Association and has been recognized for his work by The National Black Lawyers and Lawyers of Distinction.
