Jenna Ronan

Jenna Ronan is an associate in SBSB Eastham’s Chicago office. Growing up with a lobbyist father and the current mayor of River Forest, Illinois for a mother helped to foster an appreciation for the law, and since joining the firm in April 2024, her practice has centered on Defense Base Act cases.

Before joining SBSB Eastham, Jenna worked as a law clerk in the Special Litigation Bureau of the Illinois Attorney General’s office. There, she assisted in matters relating to the Equal Rights Amendment, the False Claims Act and the Prevailing Wage Act. From there, she worked as an assistant attorney general, handling a wide docket of workers’ compensation cases. Additionally, she has experience in labor and employment law, diversifying her practice expertise even further.

An Illinois native, Jenna earned her bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Chicago and obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois Chicago. She is admitted to the Illinois State Bar Association, and she works with organizations including Big Shoulders Fund and Fenwick Young Alumni to remain involved in her community.
