Jeremy Rush

With diverse work experiences encompassing employment law, insurance litigation, civil rights claims, and other general liability matters, Jeremy Rush takes a comprehensive view of the legal needs of each client he represents. An Alabama native, Jeremy has practiced in state and federal courts across the Gulf Coast for more than 15 years.

As a student at Loyola Law, Jeremy experienced firsthand the ravages of Hurricane Katrina. Feeling called to remain, Jeremy chose to make his home in the Crescent City and begin his legal career. That determination, empathy and desire to make things better are the qualities his colleagues say make Jeremy such a compelling advocate.

Those same qualities attracted Jeremy to SBSB Eastham, where he found a collaborative environment coupled with the energy and commitment that helps every attorney succeed. An avid reader of history and politics, Jeremy loves the food and people of New Orleans while maintaining close ties with his family and the legal community in Mobile and southern Alabama.
