Jordan Elton

Jordan Elton is an associate in SBSB Eastham’s Galveston office. A member of the firm’s bench since November 2025, she is a native of the island who focuses her practice on corporate transactions, health law and both commercial and civil litigation. In addition to her practice, she works with various community organizations including Ronald McDonald House of Galveston, the Galveston Regional Chamber of Commerce and Galveston Island Meals on Wheels, among others.

As an undergraduate, Jordan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Chemistry from The University of Texas at Austin in 2017. From there, she attended Baylor University School of Law and graduated with her Juris Doctorate from the school in 2021. While in school, she earned recognition for her pro bono work and earned a healthcare law certificate in addition to her law degree.

Jordan is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and is licensed to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas. She currently serves as president of the Galveston County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section and maintains membership with the American Bar Association and the Bar Association of the Fifth Federal Circuit, among others.
