Joseph Amari

Joseph Amari is an associate in SBSB Eastham’s Chicago office and is a member of the firm’s Defense Base Act practice group. His interest in a legal career was sparked by a First Amendment course while studying at the University of Illinois, and though he initially had designs on becoming a professional photographer, he pivoted and pursued the law.

After graduating from Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree, Joseph went to law school at the University of Illinois Chicago and graduated summa cum laude in 2021. From there, he went on to gain experience handling complex commercial real estate transactions and civil litigation cases before joining SBSB Eastham in April 2024.

Joseph is admitted to the Illinois State Bar Association and takes pride in the preparation required in each unique case. His approach is tailored specifically to each individual client’s needs in the pursuit of an optimal solution.
