Karl Francois

Associate / Boca Raton

P: 561.990.1699

Prior to law school, Karl Jeff Francois’s first exposure to the law involved working at an estate planning firm. Fueled with a passion for justice and oral advocacy, he interned for the Miami Dade Public Defender’s Office during his 1L year at the University of Miami School of Law. Karl went on to work in the University of Miami School of Law Immigration Clinic, where he saw even more evidence of the difference a passionate attorney could make in a person’s life.

When someone is seeking legal assistance, Karl understands what’s potentially at stake for them. With that in mind, he endeavors to learn all he can about a case, knowing that the smallest piece of information can put his client in a superior position and help him achieve a favorable outcome on their behalf. Those who have worked with Karl often remark on his research and legal writing skills.

Karl received his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law. Before that, he studied history/economics at Florida International University. He speaks fluent French and Haitian Creole. When not in the office, he enjoys hiking, traveling, and watching sports.
