Koby Delgado Guerra prides himself in being a trusted partner to his clients by effectively assisting them in navigating the legal system with ease. Koby is passionate about giving back to his community – shown notably by his prior commitments working with domestic violence clinics and various immigration initiatives. His passion is the culmination of growing up with a mother that exemplifies what it means to empower others, as well as an innate determination to deliver the best and most ethical legal services to his clients.

At SBSB, Koby primarily focuses on the Defense Base Act, and the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation practice areas. Prior to joining SBSB, Koby worked at a prominent Houston business immigration firm where he assisted immigrants in obtaining their non-immigrant and immigrant employment-based visas. Koby has continually proven his focused approach to success, as shown by his accelerated academic track where he obtained his undergraduate degree at 19 years old and completed his Juris Doctor degree at 21 years old.

When not working on a client’s case, Koby enjoys dining out at some of the many renowned restaurants in Houston. Meanwhile, at home, his espresso machine has become a focus of research and experimentation in his pursuit of perfection.
