Lynette Stahl

Lynette Stahl sought a firm where she could expand her skills and knowledge in the area of maritime law. At SBSB Eastham she found a supportive environment and experienced mentors with an impressive record of accomplishments that creates the perfect fit for her interests and skills. Lynette joined the firm with a strong background in general defense litigation, but is attracted to maritime because of the many different aspects and types of claims within a single industry. Her experience allows her to efficiently research, analyze and identify the best approach to litigation, while also being mindful of each client’s business needs.

The Louisiana native was encouraged to pursue a legal career as an undergraduate at LSU, largely due to her ability to review complex arguments and information and clearly summarize the differing positions. After earning her law degree, she returned to New Orleans and has no desire to leave, in large part due to her extended family, love for the region’s cultural events and passion for the New Orleans Saints.
