Megan Foy

Megan Foy is an associate in SBSB Eastham’s Houston office. A first-generation college graduate and attorney, she represented major financial institutions across Texas and the Carolinas in civil litigation before pivoting to civil defense. Today, her practice docket ranges from catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death to insurance, energy, transportation and more.

Before joining SBSB Eastham in July 2024, Megan defended clients in cases ranging from minor car accidents to plant explosions in Arkansas and Louisiana involving multiple plaintiffs and defendants. A Dallas native, she lived in North Carolina for more than a decade before returning to Texas.

Megan is admitted to the State Bar of Texas, the North Carolina State Bar and the South Carolina Bar, and she is a member of the Houston Young Lawyers Association. A diverse litigator with experience on both sides of the aisle, she brings a deep knowledge base to the table for the firm and her clients.
