Michael Kinzer is an associate in SBSB Eastham’s Houston office with a knack for making the arcane about the law easy to understand for his clients. A member of the firm’s Defense Base Act practice group, he also handles Longshore matters. He has prior experience with mass torts and medical product liability matters, along with first-party insurance claims.

Since starting with SBSB Eastham in February 2021, Michael has built a reputation for bringing discipline and commitment to every case he handles. An Eagle Scout, he also comes from a diverse educational background, receiving a bachelor’s degree in education and a Master of Public Health degree from the Texas A&M University system. In 2017, he earned his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law, earning a CALI Award for IP Litigation while in pursuit of his degree.

Michael is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and frequently finds time to give back to his community, including serving as part of the Veteran’s Legal Initiative of the Houston Volunteer Lawyers. His unyielding dedication to providing superb representation is a tremendous asset both to SBSB Eastham and to his clients.
