Michelle Villagomez

Associate / Houston

P: 713.588.0446

Michelle Villagomez is a member of SBSB Eastham’s Defense Base Act practice. Before joining the firm, she gained considerable experience working for the Texas Workforce Commission, the Virginia Employment Commission, and the Nebraska Department of Labor conducting research and hearings for various unemployment insurance appeals. She later worked for one of the largest personal injury firms in Texas in the Houston office, assisting lead counsel with their Commercial Litigation docket.

“Don’t sit idle” is the philosophy that governs Michelle’s approach to her work. While a case may seem relatively simple, she understands there is always something more she could be doing, whether that’s working closely with her team to craft legal strategy or keeping in close communication with her client to let them know how their matter is progressing. Michelle understands that success comes only after hard work and dedication.

Michelle enjoys spending her time rooting for America’s Team, the Houston Astros. When they’re not playing, she enjoys spending time out by the pool with family, friends, and her pets.
