Nicholas Capitini

Nicholas Capitini is an associate in SBSB Eastham’s Boca Raton office. Born in New York and raised in South Florida, he joined the firm in June 2024 as a member of the Defense Base Act group. His original introduction to the legal field came courtesy of his older sister, an attorney in her own right, before going on to clerk for the Honorable Alan Fine.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Florida Atlantic University in 2018 and a Juris Doctorate from Ave Maria School of Law in 2020, Nicholas worked for a transactional firm in the claims denials division before transitioning to a firm focused on first-party property damage claims. He most recently spent time working at an insurance defense firm focusing on motor vehicle accidents, property damage, bad faith claims and slip and fall cases.

Nicholas is admitted to The Florida Bar and is a member of the Young Lawyers Section of the bar. He has been professionally recognized in the form of a CALI award in Mediation Law Clinic, and he brings forth a distinct passion for his work in his day-to-day practice.
