Noah Alford is an associate in SBSB Eastham’s Houston office. Prior to joining the firm’s Defense Base Act practice group in October 2024, the Laredo, Texas native worked as an Assistant General Counsel for the University of Houston System. During his time at Texas Tech School of Law, he clerked at firms specializing in employment and education law.
While in law school, Noah served as a member of the TTU Law Board of Barristers and participated in negotiation competitions sponsored by the American Bar Association. Additionally, he served as a mediator at the school’s Advanced Alternative Dispute Resolution Clinic. Before earning his law degree at Tech Law, he attended The University of Texas at Austin, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing along with a minor in Management and a Sports Media certificate.
Noah is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and is an Eagle Scout. Additionally, he maintains membership with the Houston Young Lawyers Association and Texas Exes, The University of Texas at Austin’s alumni organization. Before his career as an attorney began, he forayed into the world of professional sports when he worked for Spurs Sports & Entertainment and the Round Rock Express. Outside of the office, he enjoys camping, traveling, and reading.
