Noor Mozaffar

Noor Mozaffar is an associate in SBSB Eastham’s Houston office. A Kansas City, Kansas native with a passion for helping others, she joined the firm in December 2025 and serves as a member of its Defense Base Act practice group. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in tax law and spent more than two years in environmental justice work.

Noor earned a Bachelor of Science in International Studies from the University of Kansas as an undergraduate in 2018. Four years later, she would earn her Juris Doctorate from Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans.

Noor is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and is a member of the Houston Bar Association. When she is away from her practice, she enjoys exploring nature, practicing yoga and enjoying great coffee.
