Paras Aneja

Paras Aneja is an associate in SBSB Eastham’s Chicago office. A former corporate and finance transactional attorney, he arrived at the firm in July 2024 with a wealth of knowledge in handling complex corporate and financial transactions. His experience extends to commercial litigation and litigating business agreements, bringing unique transactional and litigation expertise to the firm. In addition, he is a member of SBSB Eastham’s Defense Base Act group.

Originally from Mumbai, India, Paras grew up in Chicago before attending the University of Kansas. After securing his bachelor’s degree, he earned his Juris Doctor degree from the DePaul University College of Law in 2019. While there, he acquired a Certificate in Health Law and earned multiple distinctions, including being named to the Mary & Jaharis Health Law Moot Court and being named a fellow of the same institution.

Paras is admitted to the Illinois State Bar Association and is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is well-versed in corporate, finance, litigation and health law and provides expert knowledge suited to an array of legal issues.
