Pryce Tucker is a partner in SBSB Eastham’s Dallas office and a battle-tested advocate in areas including catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and property damage claims and lawsuits in state and federal courts, both in Texas and beyond. He has more than 25 years of products liability experience under his belt and has handled everything from commercial vehicle crashes, heavy equipment accidents and oilfield mishaps to environmental contamination cases and fire claims, an area he was drawn to from his time as a volunteer firefighter.

Before beginning his legal career, Pryce earned an undergraduate degree from Princeton University before going on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan Law School. He spent two years clerking at the United States District Court for the District of Kansas before entering private practice, and in April 2024, he joined SBSB Eastham.

Pryce is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and the Oklahoma Bar Association and is licensed to practice before all four U.S. District Courts in Texas, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
