Since earning her J.D. in 2017, Rachel Miller has worked on hundreds of War Hazards Compensation Act claims, all with an eye toward maximum reimbursement for her clients. In fact, her detailed knowledge of the law, skillful analysis, fearlessness and aggressive advocacy have resulted in significant recoveries for her WHCA clients.

She also has a deep and thorough understanding of the Defense Base Act. She has helped draft, negotiate, litigate and settle DBA claims totaling over half a million dollars.

She is passionate about insurance defense, extremely knowledgeable about relevant case law and highly organized. She thrives on the uniqueness of each case and enjoys determining the best way to attack each situation. She is an accomplished communicator, whether it is explaining issues to clients, working with opposing counsel or presenting her case to the Department of Labor. She knows the art of negotiation and finding common ground, all while zealously advocating for her clients.
