Rasha Zeyadeh is a partner in SBSB Eastham’s Dallas office and is an acclaimed authority on all matters of employment law. A member of the firm’s bench since April 2024, she advises and defends employers and individuals in matters ranging from charges of discrimination, sexual harassment and retaliation to wage and hour and breach of contract. Additionally, she counsels clients on preventative strategies, compliance matters, internal investigations and the development of handbooks and training materials. Her expertise has made her a sought-after speaker in the space, as she has presented on topics including sexual harassment, implicit bias and diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

In addition to her labor and employment practice, Rasha handles a variety of litigation matters, including personal injury, premises and products liability, trucking, transportation and insurance defense. Before launching her professional career, she graduated with her bachelor’s degree from Texas State University and earned her law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law, graduating with honors from both schools. She excelled in the classroom and in extracurriculars, earning multiple Law Student of the Year awards and notably being named to the National Order of the Barristers.

Rasha is a proud Palestinian-American who is fluent in both Arabic and English. She is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court for each of the four districts in Texas. She has been recognized by numerous outlets from Thomson Reuters to National Trial Lawyers and Voyage Dallas Magazine.
