Ross Rubenstein

Ross Rubenstein is an associate in SBSB Eastham’s Boca Raton office. An honors graduate from Temple University, he majored in history and began his professional career as a media consultant within the cruise industry, visiting over 40 countries in four years. In 2014, he changed course, sitting for the LSAT in Hong Kong and receiving a Dean’s Merit scholarship to attend The University of Miami, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2018. Throughout law school, he stayed involved in the community, serving as a Miami Street Law Fellow

A member of SBSB Eastham’s bench since December 2020, Ross’ practice includes claims arising under the Defense Base Act and the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act. He relishes the ability to advise clients, a skill that makes him an invaluable resource.

Ross is admitted to The Florida Bar, and he is driven to provide the best service and advice to his clients and appreciates assisting in the pursuit of a resolution to their issues.
