Sarah Smith

Sarah Smith is an associate in SBSB Eastham’s New Orleans office. A Stringer, Mississippi native, she moved to New Orleans in 2021 after traveling the country. Since joining SBSB Eastham in March 2025, she has gained experience in handling cases arising under the Defense Base Act.

As an undergraduate, Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from The University of Southern Mississippi. Her travels and move to New Orleans succeeded her graduation, and in 2025, she earned her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, capping her time in school by being named to The Order of the Barristers.

Sarah is admitted to the Louisiana State Bar Association and takes pride in putting her written and oral advocacy skills to work for her clients. When away from her practice, she enjoys rooting on the New Orleans Pelicans and spending quality time with her cat, Nala.
