Sarah Suddarth is a member of SBSB Eastham’s Defense Base Act group, representing defense contractors, insurance companies, and other important stakeholders. She comes to the firm experienced in these and related matters, having previously counseled insurers on issues such as commercial crime, professional liability errors and omissions, and coverage disputes.

Persistence and a strong work ethic are two qualities that allow Sarah to bring a fresh perspective to the cases she handles and find innovative solutions for those she represents. Those she works with know Sarah always gives her clients her very best.
