Sinclair Hita

Sinclair Hita is an associate in SBSB Eastham’s Houston office. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, she joined the firm in June 2025 as a member of its Defense Base Act practice group. Prior to this, she served as a law clerk handling pre-litigation and litigation matters at a personal injury firm.

Sinclair studied film production at Hofstra University in Long Island, New York as an undergrad and earned a Bachelor of Arts in the field in 2019. In her spare time, she draws on her passion, writing screenplays and working on short films. A desire to help people find their voice and resolve conflicts in creative ways drew her to the law, and in 2024, she earned her Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in Houston. While in law school, she became a Qualified Mediator and settled cases through the South Texas Mediation Clinic.

Sinclair is admitted to the State Bar of Texas. In her spare time, she enjoys creating art with a distinctive pop art style, and before she gravitated to the law, she owned a freelance makeup business.
