Additionally, she handles Texas state workers’ compensation claims including subrogation cases at the state, federal and appellate levels. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, both as an undergraduate and as a law student.
Tally is admitted to the State Bar of Texas, where she maintains membership in its employment law division. She is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and she previously served as President and as a board member for the Department of Labor’s Joint Bar Association.
Tally also frequently gives back to her local community in Pearland, TX including serving as past-President of Women Leading Success, a non-profit benefitting single mothers. Today, she serves on the Executive Board of Directors for the Pearland I.S.D. Education Foundation.
