Timothy P. Mahoney

Mr. Mahoney (“Tim”) has built an extensive civil litigation practice over the past thirty years, encompassing such areas as insurance, professional liability, product liability, premises liability and commercial litigation including Civil RICO class actions, antitrust and breach of fiduciary duty. Tim studied philosophy while attending Loyola University of Chicago, and although he never saw a career as a professional philosopher in his future, he enjoyed logic and debate, and with a long-held interest in the law, becoming an attorney seemed like a natural choice.

With both a JD and an MBA Tim concentrates on the minute details of a case from both a legal and a business perspective. As he sees it, without mastering the details the big picture remains out of focus.

Tim received his JD from IIT – Chicago-Kent College of Law. Outside the office, he enjoys being involved in his community through volunteering, spending time with his family, watching his kids play travel sports, and enjoying the outdoors – especially in the Indiana Dunes.
