Trevor M. Brown is a partner in SBSB Eastham’s Dallas office. A battle-tested litigator, he concentrates his practice on the defense of contractors and design professionals from defect and personal injury claims. A member of SBSB Eastham’s bench since March 2024, he has a vast wealth of experience defending against construction defect suits throughout Texas. In addition to this practice, he litigates personal injury cases, commercial litigation matters and business disputes ranging from small claims to eight-figure actions.

Trevor earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and graduated with honors from Texas A&M University in 2013. Following this, he attended Texas Tech University School of Law and earned his Juris Doctor with honors in 2016. While in law school, he was honored for excellence in trial advocacy, a testament to the skills he puts to work for his clients in his current practice.

Trevor is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and is licensed to practice before all U.S. Federal District Courts in the Lone Star State. He is a devoted advocate for his clients who particularly enjoys those cases deemed difficult or “lost causes” by other attorneys. He is guided in his practice by a sentiment passed down from his father: “I’ve done so much, with so little, for so long, that I can do anything with nothing, forever.”

When he is not preparing cases for trial, Trevor enjoys attempting to grill, watching Fightin’ Texas Aggie football, visiting craft breweries, getting up early to watch Celtic FC with his fellow members of the Lone Star CSC, partaking in trivia and especially spending quality time with his wife, kids and two rescue dogs.
